Serafin: Mark Kirk is in a Preeminent Position in U.S. Senate Race
Political analyst and consultant Thom Serafin says whoever the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate turns out to be, he or she will be the underdog to Mark Kirk, who is in a "preeminent" position.
